About us
J2 Farm is a subsidiary company of J2 Ghana Limited. A fast growing agribusiness based in Akatsi-Agorve, specialize in Poultry and Rice production which operations began in August 2019. Over the years, the Ghanaian consumer taste in rice and poultry products are geared towards imported products which has adverse effect on our health; performance of the cedi against the dollar and eventually making our economy an import driven economy.
J2 Farms was therefore established on the principle of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Goal 12: Ensure Sustainable Consumption and Production Patterns. We aspire to contribute our quota in reducing the global food waste at the retail or consumer levels. We are poised to help reduce food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses. J2 Farms with the use of technology is aimed at creating jobs; promoting local culture and products. Our reputation is built on factors such as high quality of products and services; clean and hygienic environment and excellent customer care.

As Chief Executive Officer of J2 Ghana Limited, Jacob is a professional chartered accountant in the Logistics & Supply Chain Industry. He has more than 16 years of professional experience which is inclusive of managerial level roles by providing Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions to leading Food & Beverage companies such as Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited and Nestle Ghana Limited.
As a Chief Executive Officer and part owner of J2 Ghana Limited, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company; formulating policies and procedures aimed at enhancing the effective and efficient delivery of services to meet specific needs of our clients and stakeholders. Jacob is an alumni of Coventry University - UK and a membership in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant – UK.
Juliet is an astute Marketing Professional with work experience spanning across small to some of the big international brands such as Coca Cola where she worked as a Sales Representative for four years. Her rich experience in marketing over the years has positioned her at a top advantage in grass root marketing.
As a Director and a part owner of J2 Ghana Limited, she brings her rich experience to bear to support effective and efficient running of the company. Juliet is an alumna of Accra Technical University.
John has over fifteen (15) years of experience in producing and marketing local perfume rice. As a reputable farmer; John can boast of over 50 acres of Rice Farm in Akatsi and its environs. He is currently contracted by J2 Farms as the Sole Distributor of J2 Farms Products and Services in the Southern Volta enclave.
Maryann is a professional livestock management trainer specialty in the poultry industry. She is experienced in training farmers in best practices of running or managing poultry farms along the Akatsi enclaves. Her trainings spans from debeaking, vaccination, managing day to day activities in the control rooms to receive new birds etc. Maryann long and varied experience enables her to contribute to steering J2 Farms business strategies, and ensures that the company’s production strategies are fully aligned with its ambitions and operations. She is alumna of Cape Coast University.
Samuel was employed in October 2019 as Farm Assistant. Due to his dedication, hard work, diligent and attention to detail, he was promoted to Farm Supervisor in July 2020. Samuel is a graduate of Akatsi Secondary Technical. He also has professional work experience in clerical and inventory management whiles working as Store Assistant.
As head of general services, Wisdom can boast of over twenty (20) years of experience in providing technical support in facilities management to individuals and organizations. Wisdom heads and supports maintenance and structural developments of J2 Ghana Facilities to ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of our built environment.
